The Clockspire's 12 O'Clock Gin
Our chef and bartender collaborated with Somerset Spirit Company, located only a few miles away, to make the perfect London dry gin.
Orange leaves picked in Ven House, fragrant bay leaves, fresh notes of thyme, and a few other locally foraged ingredients give wonderful mellow and harmonious flavours that make a perfect gin for a martini.
We recommend chilled 12 o’Clock Gin, Noilly Prat with a twist.
