He’ll teach you everything from buying the freshest ingredients to constructing unforgettable dishes. Once you’ve mastered these skills, you’ll be ready to host your own dinner party! Clockspire Cocktail Masterclass
Shake, muddle and pour! Discover how to make signature Clockspire drinks in a hands-on cocktail masterclass with our professional bartenders.
Hosted in our cosy mezzanine bar area, your experience begins with a welcome Bellini on arrival, before introductions are made with a signature cocktail to follow. Our bartenders will take you through some cocktail theory, then introduce you to key mixology equipment, the importance of ice, and of course – dazzling cocktail making techniques. Then you’ll show your own artistic flair by mixing up an additional cocktail using the finest ingredients.
A signature sharing platter of delicious canapes will complete the experience.
